Thingamakids! join Teacher Lydia to combine storytelling, art, movement, and music to create their own creative adaptation of Peter and the Wolf. With the use of their imagination and everyday materials, students will craft their own masks, sound-makers, and props to create unique performance of this famous story.

Lydia Martin
No-nonsense nurture and mindfulness techniques are just two of the many unique methods Teacher Lydia brings to her classes. She's created a pedagogy that utilizes games and musical activities to help students develop active listening skills, social/emotional learning, mindfulness and musical embodiment. In addition to her over 9-year experience as a Teaching Artist, she has practiced and performed as a musician for 25 years.
